How often does stock sync?

Stock sync can occur automatically throughout the day based on your activity in Craftybase. We’ll push updates when you manufacture, complete orders, or adjust stock levels.

Can I control what gets synced?

Yes. You can choose which channels to sync with, and whether to push inventory updates automatically or manually. You’re always in control.

What happens if I sell the same product on multiple channels?

Craftybase keeps everything aligned. As sales come in from different platforms, your available stock is adjusted automatically across all connected channels.

How long does it take to connect my store?

Can I connect more than one sales channel?

Can I connect multiple sales channels and QuickBooks at the same time?

Yes — Craftybase is designed for makers who sell across multiple channels and need their accounting in sync. You can connect Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, WooCommerce, Square, Faire, Wix, Squarespace, and PayPal for order and inventory management, while simultaneously syncing your COGS and inventory valuations to QuickBooks Online. I sell on Shopify, Etsy, and Amazon — will Craftybase track inventory across all three at once?
